These include search and selection for executive, commercial and technical staff, Lean Process Reengineering, strategic and structural review, financial consulting, succession planning, industrial relations advice and advocacy, HR support and outplacement, OHS&E guidance, market strategic planning, market research, and psychological testing and counselling.

- Executive, Commercial & Technical Search and Selection - Our professional placement consultants service companies across a broad range of industries, applying the diverse skills and experience possessed by each of BARC's consultants.
We source candidates through a variety of approaches, including database searches, press and internet advertising, and industry search. Our comprehensive databases of companies and applicants are an invaluable resource for locating staff for our clients. Many of our clients employ a capable HR team - however due to the continuing shortage of suitable candidates we are frequently called upon to search our database, with positive outcomes.
- Accounting and Finance Recruitment - We provide recruitment and employment appraisal services for Finance, Taxation and Accounting professionals. We service a wide spectrum of the market including Accounting Graduates, Accounting support staff, Taxation Accountants, Financial and Management Accountants and Senior Finance Executives for both industry and the Financial Services sector.
